The staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. My car was returned in perfect condition, and I could tell they really care about their customers and their work. One thing to keep in mind is that they are very busy, so I’d recommend booking well in advance. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend them!Rick Bainbridge29 October 2024Took our land rover evoque to MLRC to query engine light on dash, they very happy did a quick diagnostic check and cleared the fault free of charge. A few months past engine light came on again but we were due a service so we returned to MLRC , service and a new exhaust gas sensor all at a very reasonable price with Curtesy car. happy and welcoming staff is always a pleasure Very Happy cutomers we will be back. Also, they went out of their way to investigate a few issues with the car and where they could, fixed them at the same time. For all other outstanding issues they couldn't fix due to parts availability they provided a clear way forward and have placed the parts on order for my next visit. I would highly recommend them, they are extremely experienced and much cheaper than the OEM dealers. Having had a quote from our local LR dealership, we found they were double the cost of the Midlands LR Centre, and having heard a family member’s reviews, we booked the car in. From initial contact, through to the car being completed, the staff were amazing. They kept us informed throughout and even managed to complete the works much quicker than anticipated. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!Andrew Radford9 September 2024Attended with my Range Rover Sport for its 72 month/96,000m service interval. Faultless service from start to finish. Simple booking system with fast replies via WhatsApp. Was dealt with as soon as i arrived. I relaxed in their well presented lounge area with complimentary hot and cold drinks. The service was carried out in good time and i was sent on my way. Really well priced, especially compared to main dealer. Strongly recommend to anyone and i will for sure be returning for future servicing. Thanks guys! 👍🏼
