Ghost Immobilisers
Ghost immobilisers play a crucial role in preventing vehicle theft. These imperceptible units are discreetly integrated into the vehicle’s wiring system, rendering the vehicle immobile unless a unique personal identification number (PIN) is entered through the vehicle’s controls.
Notably, features like remote start remain accessible, enabling you to defrost your Land Rover during winter while ensuring the PIN is entered before a gear is engaged.
The PIN code, ranging from 4 to 20 digits, can be set and modified by the vehicle owner, allowing for a customised combination of buttons on the vehicle’s controls.
